There's broken perspective on that tall building in the foreground.

The grayed out buildings in the background on the left need to be brought up, they're currently breaking the skyline in a displeasing manner.

You have blue in your shadows in the foreground, but there's no blue in the distance, where atmospheric perspective should be dirtying everything with some blue.

You need to decide whether your shadows are red or blue. There's too much waffling between the two. Is it A: a style choice, and all the dark regions have bergundy in them, or B: does blue end up in all the shadows because we're dealing with sunlight.

Hope this all helped!

I like the palette but sort of agree with Dan on the shadow colors.

The disc/tunnel things are neat but I have no idea what they are. They're such a prominent feature of the landscape that it seems like they should at least imply some function or purpose. It almost looks like a subway or lightrail type thing except for the one on the left that breaks the sequence.

The horizon seems to break and be at way different levels on either side of that foreground building. Also the composition is a little bottom-heavy, but it seems like it has the potential to be really cool if you add some detail in the sky, clouds or other structures or whatever.
