Just noticed an amorphous foot pattern emerging my art, I'll have to fix that...

I like the face again, and the colored lighting. The composition is a little weird with the front foot-blob falling off the page, though.

I dig the stance. It's a good start.
I would darken the values on his clothes to make him pop a little more. Consider adding a light-blue rim-light to the edge of his face to give it a little be more depth.
Possibly consider keeping the area around him the most saturated with the green, and desaturating more as it approaches the edges so the eye gets steered naturally to him.
His back arm is the weakest part of this painting, I don't think people can bend that way.
Front foot needs better silhouette shape. Right now it looks like a coffee table leg. Or a goat leg.
